Leuko64
The Leuko64 assay is intended to be used to measure relative increases in neutrophil expression of CD64 that occurs in response to sepsis or tissue damage. It is now available in two versions. The original Leuko64 Assay kit is for use on a flow cytometer. The Leuko64 – Hematology Analyzer Version is for use on an Abbott Cell-Dyn 4000 or Cell-Dyn Sapphire hematology analyzer. Both versions feature the Leuko64 antibody mixture reagent, the calibrator bead suspension, and the automated software for listmode data analysis and reporting.
